The Bloody Marys is a hit improv and sketch comedy duo known for their fast paced, dramatic and oft gory style. Made up of Second City Toronto Main Stage Alumnae Kirsten Rasmussen and Leigh Cameron, The Bloody Marys have appeared in festivals across Canada and the US, including the Vancouver International Improv Fest, the Ottawa Improv Festival, Big City Improv inToronto, the Stumptown and All Jane Festivals in Portland, Oregon and Montreal’s Zoofest/off JFL. They are also very proud to have won the Bad Dog Theatre Company’s coveted 2017 Globe Head Trophy.
Kirsten is a Canadian Comedy Award winning improviser and alumna of The Second City Toronto Main Stage Company who has performed improv, sketch, and her solo shows all over the world. She is a current teacher and director at The Second City Toronto and The Bad Dog Theatre and teaches independent character classes out of The Comedy Bar.
Kirsten is one half of the improv duo K$M with Matt Folliott and a co-founder of the Montreal Improv Theatre in Montréal, Quebec.
Her television work can be seen on The Beaverton, Schitt's Creek, Dino Dana and Odd Squad.

Leigh is an alumna of The Second City Toronto’s Main Stage Company. In 2017, she co-wrote and performed in 32 Short Sketches About Bees at the Toronto Fringe Festival, winner of Patron’s Pick and The Second City award for Best New Comedy.
